Declaration of Independence

If you have read the articles in this file, you see there are serious reasons to postpone accepting the common lands and incorporating. 

Since 75% is needed to continue the GWLUA, then 26% is needed to refuse to continue it at that time. Please seriously consider signing the Declaration of Independence as it is circulated this week, or print this page, sign it and return it to [email protected]
