Reynolds sent out the document entitled Judge's Ruling on 6/7/19. Please look at this document closely: it appears that Judge McElroy agrees that the GWLUA was not properly founded and that a community group should work to fix that. Also note the date: it's almost two years old, and yet none of us had ever heard of this ruling until now!
